Calculate the sky for any moment.
Choose a date, time, and observer location to see the live planetary positions, retrogrades, aspects, angles, and Whole Sign houses for that moment.
The datetime field uses your browser’s local time zone and converts it to UTC for the calculation.
What “current sky” means
A current-sky chart is a chart of a moment rather than a person. It is useful for seeing the geometry active now, reviewing a past event, or examining a planned date. To make it personal, compare it with a natal chart on the transits calculator.
Location and houses
Planetary zodiac positions change negligibly across ordinary Earth locations at the same instant, but the Ascendant, Midheaven, and houses depend on the observer’s latitude and longitude. That is why the page asks for a location even when the question is about the same global sky.
